Never let anybody on a forklift who isn't trained to operate the forklift. Your business should develop and post in a location which is visible all forklift safety procedures.
Staff must have a positive attitude when they go through training, instead of doing it just because they are required to. You as the employer should help employees know the importance of proper training. Let them realize that they can kill or injure not only themselves, but other people, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to make certain that all your employees go through training seriously.
